Barker IT Solutions uses service providers that process information on its behalf, including Microsoft Bookings for scheduling, Square for payment and invoicing, Zoho Desk for support tickets and customer communications, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Website-hosting, email and other infrastructure providers may also process limited technical information necessary to deliver their services.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and security practices. Information is shared with them only as reasonably necessary to use the applicable service.

5. Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, and interactions with booking, telephone and email links. It may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose.

6. Passwords and sensitive access

Customers should enter passwords and multifactor-authentication codes themselves whenever practical. Barker IT Solutions does not intentionally retain customer passwords in tickets, invoices, email or text messages. If temporary credential access is necessary, it will be used only for authorized work and should be changed or removed after the service when appropriate.

7. Disclosure of information

Customer information is not sold or rented. Information may be disclosed to service providers described above; when required by law, subpoena or legal process; when necessary to protect customers, systems or legal rights; or as part of a business transfer where permitted by law.
